The site of 36 acres is near Nolambur Village, Chennai, near is a middle income community, with a south edge along the Nala River. RBTA is in charge of planning design, master planning, concept, schematic design and construction supervisor.
The premium affordable housing neighborhood will include state of the art residential space with typologies that are both local and adapted to the special climate conditions of Chennai and humidity, which are also international in the sense of the residential design experience.
The Landscape Design and the botanical atmosphere of the community will be pedestrian and will encourage alternative mobility such as bicycles. The trees and the vegetation will be picked from local species to create comfortable exterior spaces for the community.
Xanadu will have a Club house with health club and spa. This club will be iconic and precious in that it will represent the spirit of the community. The place where people can relax, study in a library and do sports or treatments.
