Elevate, awarded Best Residential Luxury Project of the Year in India

RBTA is delighted to anounce that Ricardo E. Bofill’s design ‘Elevate’ has recently been awarded as 2020’s Best Residential Luxury Project of the Year from ET NOW Global Real Estate Congress.

This award is a token of appreciation for individuals and companies whose developements have impacted significanly India’s real state market by creating landmark projects and adopting best practices in the business. In the case of ‘Elevate’, besides RBTA design, Conscient Infrastructure remarks as the developer for the project, Hines as the development advisor and investment manager, and Tata Projects as the responsible for construction, coordination and delivery.

‘Elevate’ residential is to be located within an 8,917 acre site in sector 59 of Gurugram’s Golf Course Extn. Road. The unique aspect of the project is the eye for detail with which it is designed to give complete peace of mind to each customer. It aims to provide better homes through well thought out spaces. In this sense, the masterplan is organized around a main water spine and the landscaping celebrates the lush tropical gardens of the region. 80% of the project comprises of green spaces which are lined up with trees, lawn, and acres of scenic views.

Distributed over four high-rise and two low-rise buildings, this gated community provides luxury residential units that comprise 3 and 4 bedroom apartments in varying sizes (from 2,100 sq-ft to 3,400 sq-ft.). Construction commenced in May 2019 and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023.
